<h4 id="toc_0.0.1.1">Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>
Entrance into the family of God is by grace through faith alone
<li>
Those who have been called into Christ's Kingdom should commit to a local body of believers for spiritual growth
<li>
Members have shifted trust to Christ alone for salvation from sin
</ul>
<h4 id="toc_0.0.1.2">Priviliges</h4>
<ul>
<li>
Protection, Care, &amp; Shepherding provided by the Body of Christ as part of the Redemption Family
<li>
Members are encouraged to recognize leaders who are qualified, called, &amp; filled with the spirit
<ul>
<li>
Members may participate in nominating &amp; choosing, by vote, the pastors/elders &amp; decon/deaconesses of the church.
</ul>
<li>
We follow the direction &amp; authority of those leaders as we trust our soul, ultimately, to God.
</ul>

Rhythms: Our Pattern of Life
<ul>
<li>
Participate in our vision; A movement of broken people redeemed by &amp; satisfied in Jesus; by living Christian rhythms
<li>
Live for the glory of God by making disciples that make disciples.
<li>
Serve by sharing the gospel in the community &amp; exercising your gifts in the body.

Reproduce: Our Passion is Multiplication
<ul>
<li>
All-In Members make disciples. Some of the ways:
<ul>
<li>
Serving as a volunteer in Redemption Church
<li>
Sharing our joy by inviting others in
</ul>
</ul>
<li>
Resource: Our life is Jesus'
<ul>
<li>
All-In Members recognize that Jesus owns our <em>Rhythms</em>, asks us to <em>Reproduce</em> disciples, and blessed us with <em>Resources</em>
<li>
As an act of faith, Members commit to biblically &amp; obediently give a tithe of their income to Redemption Church to further the mission &amp; vision of the church and to build the kingdom of God.
</ul>
</ul>
<h4 id="toc_0.0.1.4">Revocation</h4>
<ul>
<li>
We believe that church discipline is a healthy biblical part of life in the body of Christ.
<ul>
<li>
Jesus continually worked on people through:
<ul>
<li>
Invitation - Come &amp; See
<li>
Challenge - Come &amp; Die (Take up your cross and follow me)
</ul>
<li>
Members commit to try to live by the Biblical patter given in Matthew 18:15-20 for handling offense or disagreement within the body and can expect their leaders to do the same.
</ul>
</ul>

<code>“If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector. Truly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. Scripture <em>requires</em> brothers &amp; sisters in Chirst to warn &amp; seek the restoration of those among them who are sinning.
<li>
Church discipline has the purpose of warning against sin &amp; the goal of restoration from sin
</ul>
<li>
Members unwilling to heed the warnings, repent, &amp; pursue restoration may be removed from membership &amp; asked to leave Redemption
